School made Production company-

I found this school made production company title on YouTube. They have named their production company 'Capital Cinema'. 
The first shot is of the beginning of the city skyline, it begins with a small and short building. The skyline appears to be drawn with pencil which I think symbolises the creativity and step by step development needed in media production embodied by the title sequence. It also has the appearance that it was drawn by someone which then creates the question of 'who' or 'what'?

 Near the end of the sequence when the skyline has been three quarters drawn, the title appears in a fading in motion, one letter at a time. The title is the same colour as the skyline and the whole thing is written in bold,  capital letters. 

The final shot is of the completed skyline and the title beneath it. The contrasting black background with the white/grey drawing and writing creates an isolated or eerie atmosphere.
The skyline is meant to represent a capital city which matches the production company title.

The background music is the sound of a pencil drawing or a pencil scratching, which backs up the drawing sequence of the skyline. I think that the simplicity of the production company title sequence is what makes it so effective.
